McGrath - Market Review Video

Designed for clients who want to distribute a monthly, quarterly, or yearly update about what's happening in their local market and/or currents sales. The video will be shot in one location of the client's choosing. Local area footage and property video imagery will be used throughout as cutaway.

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client sends producer script 48 hours prior to filming.

• Videographer films job

• Videographer uploads job

• Video sent within 48 hours of appointment

• Once approved video is automatically uploaded to YouTube

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• If the client wants specific elements filmed they must let the videographer know at or before the shoot.

• If the client does not write a script and ad libs the audio narration we can not guarantee everything that was said will be in the video. If the client requests additional audio narration to be added a re-edit fee will apply.

• If the job goes over the allotted time, due to the client being late or disorganised, additional charges will be incurred ($75 for every 30 mins over time).

• Content House will allow a buffer of 15 seconds over the suggested video time length time (90  seconds). For every 30 seconds over 105 seconds a fee of $50 will be incurred.

• If a script is not sent to the producer or the client ad libs and exceeds the word count or time limit, the above charges will automatically apply.

• Each video comes with one (1) set of changes. If the video has already been changed once and more changes are requested, a fee will apply. Be sure to share and show the video to all necessary people and parties before requesting any changes. Maximum time allocated for changes in 1 hour.

• When requesting changes please allow up to 6 business hours for the amended video to be returned.

• Each video comes with one (1) set of complementary changes. If the video has already been changed once and more changes are requested, a fee of $100 will apply. Be sure to share and show the video to all necessary people and parties before requesting any changes.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.

• When requesting changes be very specific. Please include timestamps. This will expedite the return delivery time.

• Content House has a large library of location footage which is constantly being updated, however we do not have every location. In the event that certain location footage is mentioned that we do not have on file, this will be replaced by generic location footage.

• All video formats are predetermined and the videographers are instructed to follow this format. If the client wants a different format they are to contact the video producer prior to filming. If the client changes the format on site without approval from the Producer additional fees will apply.

• Turnaround time is following business day COB.

• Cancellations must be 1 hour prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within one hour of an appointment a $65 cancellation fee will apply.
