THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack in conjunction with a photoshoot 

• Videographer arrives on site and gets brief from the client

• Videographer films property

• Videographer uploads job

• Video sent within 48 hours of appointment  

• Once approved video is automatically uploaded to YouTube

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• If the client wants specific elements filmed they must let the videographer know at or before the shoot.

• This product can only be booked in a joint appointment with the photographer.

• The house must be inspection ready. When shooting a property video we often shoot up to 25 different shots of the property. The videographer does not have time allocated to clean up. This is very important.

• When requesting changes please allow up to 6 business hours for the amended video to be returned.

• When requesting changes be very specific. Please include timestamps. I.e - 0:25 seconds remove clip and replace 

with lounge room shot.

• Each video comes with one (1) set of complementary changes. If the video has already been changed once and more changes are requested, a fee  will apply. Be sure to share and show the video to all necessary people and parties before requesting any changes.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 fee applies. 

• Location footage will not be included in this video.

• The video will not feature the Agent and will include music narration only.

• Cancellations must be 1 hour  prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within one hour  of an appointment a $65 cancellation fee will apply.
