Matterport immerses buyers in a virtual property tour. The Matterport camera, using exact laser measurements, creates a complete 3D map of the space integrating traditional panoramic stills into the experience. Potential buyers can virtually walk through a property time and time again, creating a stronger emotional bond.

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Floorplanner arrives on site

• Floorplanner scans the property

• Floorplanner uploads scan to Matterport server

• Matterport servers render’s 3D model of the property

• Link to the Matterport 3D model sent within 24 hours of scan

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Link to the Matterport 3D model sent within 24 hours of scan.

• The property must be inspection ready. The Floorplanner will not be responsible for moving of items or cleaning of the property 

• The link will be hosted for 6 months. In the event the property has not sold within that time we will continue to host it.

• Client change requests are not available for this product. However, if there is a system error caused by Content House this will be fixed free of charge.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.

• Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within one hour of an appointment a  $100  cancellation fee will apply.
