TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• Social Videos do not include any changes after submission. In the event that a change is to be made this will incur a $50 editing fee. If there is an error caused by Content House this will be fixed free of charge.

• If you want to change the song after the video has been created, a re-edit fee will apply.

• Caption boxes have a character count of 45 characters. The purpose of this is to ensure they fit within the caption box and are readable for the time on screen.

• The length of the video varies depending on the number of images selected. 

• The information you enter into the caption boxes will be copied into the video exactly as you supply it. Before proceeding, please double-check that all the text and information you have typed is correct. In the event a mistake has been made, a re-edit fee will apply.

• We require a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 images.

• Each image can have a maximum of 45 characters.

• High resolution images are required to be submitted by client for this product.

• If you would like your Agent profile picture to be included please ensure it is selected.

• Standard turnaround time for this product is 24 hours. However, please allow turnaround time  of 48 hours for first time orders.

• All change requests require 24 hours to complete.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.
