Content House’s dedicated retouching team uses specialised techniques to enhance supplied images to the highest quality possible, ensuring the vendors and buyers’ captured attention.

• Proof link - Ability to select desired images (for property shoots only)

• Proof gallery  - Ability to request changes

• Property or portrait retouching available

• Day to Dusk retouching available

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client has ability to order Day to Dusk image retouching

• Photographer can submit either a property or portrait images for retouching

• Retouched images sent within 24 hours of appointment

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• Each image comes with one set of basic changes.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours upon  receipt of images, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content back within 60 minutes.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 priority processing fee applies.

• If you would like items removed/added to the image, image reconstruction may incur - price is $60 per hour and a quote will always be given prior to commencement of work.

• Day to dusk retouching is available however not possible to convert every image. In the event a day to dusk image is requested and it is not possible to convert the image the Operations Specialist will contact the client.
