• Ability to book during  day or at dusk

• 5  mins time allocation per photo

• Basic Staging

• Onsite client and vendor proofing

• Proof gallery - Ability to request changes

• Day to Dusk retouching available

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client has ability to order Day to Dusk image retouching

• Photographer arrives on site and gets brief from  the client

• Photographer photographs property

• Photographer shows client/vendor images prior to leaving

• Photographer uploads images

• Retouched images sent within 24 hours of appointment

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The house must be inspection ready.

• Each image comes with one set of basic changes.

• The client must ensure a clear brief is given.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of job appointment, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content back within 60 minutes.

• If you would like items removed/added to the image, image reconstruction may incur - price is $60 per hour and a quote will always be given prior to commencement of work.

• It is preferred the client is present at the property. If the client can not attend a brief must be provided.

• If the client is not present at the property the Photographer will make all efforts to take the photos in line with the brief however if the client is not satisfied and wants the property to be reshot a reshoot fee may apply.

• Additional travel charges may apply for out of area appointments, please contact Content House for more information prior to booking.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 fee applies.

• Day to dusk retouching is available however not possible to convert every image. In the event a day to dusk image is requested and it is not possible to convert the image the Operations Specialist will contact the client.

• Cancellations must be 1 hour prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within one hour of an appointment a $65 cancellation fee will apply.
