The best way to capture the external aspects of a property! The drone photographers seek out the best angles to create five engaging images, these are then enhanced and colour matched by the Content House in-house editors. Cost-effective and high-impact – this package amplifies buyer interest.

INCLUSIONS

• 1 Drone Photographer

• 45 minutes on site (30 mins on site if booked with Drone Filming)

• Minimum 10 images captured and supplied

• Onsite client and vendor proofing

• Proof gallery sent within 24 hours of appointment

• Additional images from gallery may be purchased

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Operations Specialist check if flight area is suitable

• Drone Photographer arrives on location

• Drone Photographer photographs property

• Drone Photographer shows clients images prior to leaving

• Drone Photographer uploads images

• A proofing page is sent to the client for image selection within 24 hours

• Client selects desired images with mock-ups included

• Retouched images sent within 24 hours of client selection and mock-ups

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The house must be inspection ready.

• The client must ensure a clear brief is given.

• While the drone photographer will endeavour to capture all the desired angles specified, legal limitations apply to drone operations that may mean some angles cannot be captured.

• Drone photographers will not be able to fly over any other neighbouring properties except with direct permission from the owner of that property.

• Drone photographers reserve the right to cancel any shoot due to safety concerns around the operation of the drone. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • High wind speeds that are unsafe for the drone to fly in (the maximum wind speed allowable will be different for each property and its surroundings)

  • Rain

  • Unsafe birdlife (during Spring we experience birds swooping)

  • Aggressive neighbours or members of the public

  • Drone malfunctions that are not repairable on site

• A maximum of one (1) additional location within close proximity of the property  is allowed for a regular shoot. Additional locations must be explicitly discussed with the Drone Photographer and will incur a fee of $75 per location.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of client selection and mock-ups, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to return content as quickly as possible.

• Cancellations must be 1 hour prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $65 cancellation fee will apply.
