Express Site Unseen Copywriting

The creation of professionally written content for property advertising campaigns. The copywriter crafts a selection of written elements which complement photos, without visiting the property. The copywriter looks at raw images of the photo shoot, floorplan sketch and then calls the client to obtain further information about the property before writing the elements.

INCLUSIONS

• Ability to receive the copy by 12PM on the day after the Photography and Floor plan appointment

• Ability to select up to 8 elements

• Client specific style guide

• One complimentary set of changes

• Four hour turnaround time on change requests

THE PROCESS

• Client selects copy elements required

• The Photography and Floor plan appointment occurs or files are submitted to operations

• Completed brief form is submitted by the client at 5.30PM the day before the job is due, or earlier

• Job is assigned to the copywriter

• Copy is completed and submitted to Quality Control

• Job is proofed to the client by 12PM the next day

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment

• If no brief form is received, the job will not proceed

• Brief form must be complete and not require a phone call to clarify any information

• If the job is not assigned due to incomplete brief form or unavailable brief form, job will be subject to the standard site unseen COB turnaround time once the brief form is received.

• If the associated photography and floor plan appointment does not proceed, the job will be postponed until they occur

• All copywriting elements need to be specified at time of booking, any elements not specified will not be completed by 12pm and will be completed within the 4 hour rejection turnaround time.

• While all care is taken to complete changes as soon as possible, changes may be subject to the regular 4 hour rejection turnaround time.
