The creation of professionally written content for property advertising campaigns. The copywriter crafts a selection of written elements which complement photos, without visiting the property. The copywriter looks at raw images of the photo shoot, floorplan sketch and then calls the client to obtain further information about the property before writing the elements.


INCLUSIONS

  • Ability to select web only,  classic package (1 - 4 elements) or premium package (4 - 8 elements) 

  • Client specific style guide


THE PROCESS

  • Job is booked through Campaigntrack

  • Client selects elements required

  • Client uploads any additional resource required

  • Client submits completed property information sheet 

  • Copy is completed and submitted to Quality Control

  • Copy proofed by COB the following day upon receiving resources


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This product does not require an onsite appointment.

  • The site unseen copywriting product can only be ordered in conjunction with a Content House photography and floor plan appointment.

  • Copy proofed by COB the following business day upon receiving all of the required resources.

  • If a job is submitted for change request, a reason needs to be given by the client.

  • One set complimentary changes included.

  • Change request turnaround time is 4 business hours.

  • If the client makes their own changes to the copy they can no longer request changes.  Content House is not liable to rewrite changed copy. 

  • The Agent is responsible for managing the vendor’s expectations regarding the copywriting process, including character count and style restrictions, as well as the ability to make changes to the copy through the rejection process.

  • Refunds/discounts will only be considered if errors are factual.

  • Priority processing - priority processing is available subject to availability and a $100 priority processing fee is made.

  • In the event the client requires additional elements or has selected the incorrect element, additional fees will apply

  • In the event the information sheet is insufficient, the job will not be assigned.

  • If no brief is provided, the client must be available to speak with the client at a reasonable time before the deadline.

  • In the event that the information sheets needs further clarification, the  Copywriter will call the Agent. If the Agent is not contactable this will extend the deadline.

  • Once a copywriter is assigned to an off site job (COB the day prior) then any client cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
