An Agent profile is a written information sheet promoting Agent’s skills, expertise, experience and achievements. It’s published on the agency website and/or created in hard copy (brochure), which is used by vendors to select the best sales or leasing client available to them.


INCLUSIONS

  • Client specific style guide

  • One complimentary set of changes

  • Four hour turnaround time on change requests


THE PROCESS

  • Job is booked through Campaigntrack

  • Client selects copy element required - website or brochure

  • Client submits completed questionnaire

  • Copywriter contacts agent by phone to clarify any information if necessary

  • Copy is completed and submitted to Quality Control

  • Copy proofed by COB the following day upon receiving resources

  • Changes may be requested by rejecting the copy in jobtrack and specifying in studio notes


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This product does not require an onsite appointment.

  • Copy is proofed to the client COB the following business day upon receiving resources.

  • If a job is submitted for change request, a reason needs to be given by the client.

  • One set complimentary changes included.

  • Change request turnaround time is 4 business hours.

  • If the client makes their own changes to the copy they can no longer request changes. Content House is not liable to rewrite changed copy.

  • Refunds/discounts will only be considered if errors are factual.

  • Priority processing - priority processing is available subject to availability and a $100 priority processing fee is made.

  • In the event the client requires additional elements or has selected the incorrect element, additional fees will apply.
