Copy is proofed to the client within 24 hours of the on site appointment.
If the on site appointment falls on a Friday or the day before a public holiday, copy will be proofed by the time of the original appointment on the following business day.
If a job is submitted for change request, a reason needs to be given by the client.
One set complimentary changes included.
Change request turnaround time is 4 business hours.
If the client is not happy with the copy we encourage them to ‘reject’ the copy so that we can collaboratively ensure that the copy meets expectations.
If the client makes their own changes to the copy they can no longer request changes. Content studio is not liable to rewrite changed copy.
The Agent is responsible for managing the vendor’s expectations regarding the copywriting process, including character count and style restrictions, as well as the ability to make changes to the copy through the rejection process.
Refunds/discounts will only be considered if errors are factual.
Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 priority processing fee applies.
In the event the client requires additional elements or has selected the incorrect element, additional fees will apply.
The Agent or Agent’s representative must be in attendance on site and able to discuss the key selling features with the copywriter. Campaigntrack will not be liable for factual errors made for non-attendance of Agent or Agent’s representative.
Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
