The floor plan is an essential selling tool that gives buyers the facts they need to determine if they will attend an open house or even buy site unseen. An accurate, professionally produced floor plan is expected, as a floor plan will represent you and your brand to the highest standard.

Content House’s dedicated drafting team uses specialised techniques and the latest CAD technology to ensure a supplied floor plan sketch or redraw is transformed to a high-quality and presentable marketing plan.

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client selects property type

• Floorplan team sends predraw to vendor floorplanner for on-site sketches 

• Vendor floorplanner uploads sketch or client sends floor plan through Campaigntrack

• Floorplan sent within 24 hours of submission

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• Each floor plan  comes with one set of basic changes.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of floor plan submission, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to return content as quickly as possible.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 priority processing fee applies.

• Priority processing is not offered for Content Direct - 3D Floor Plan.

• All information contained within the floorplan we believe to be accurate. We cannot guarantee its accuracy. Interested persons should make and rely on their own enquiries.

• Floorplan reconstruction may incur if major changes required after initial submission - price is $60 per hour, a quote will always be given prior to commencement of work.
