When listing a property it is common that a floor plan may have already been drawn or the vendor has building plans. The floor plan redraw product, whether 2D or 3D, enables you to upload a pre existing floor plan and get it updated to current branding or change of style.

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client selects 2D or 3D floorplan

• Client sends floor plan through Campaigntrack

• Floorplan redraw sent within 24 hours of submission

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• If a site plan is required for a house, the plan must be provided on the file uploaded. Requesting this after proofing will result in additional charges being applied.

• The floorplan file that you provide needs to represent the property in its current state. We require visible labels and dimensions (width and length) for ALL rooms and areas. 

• If there are specific materials and colours required for the site plan, please ensure these are also included on the file. The re-draw will be created exactly as per the layout provided. Changes requested after the proof that are not specified on the original file will result in additional charges. 

• Each floor plan  comes with one set of basic changes.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of floor plan submission, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to return content as quickly as possible.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 fee applies.

• Priority processing is not offered for 3D Floor Plan Redraw.

• All information contained within the floorplan we believe to be accurate. We cannot guarantee its accuracy. Interested persons should make and rely on their own enquiries.

• Floorplan reconstruction may incur if major changes required after initial submission - price is $60 per hour, a quote will always be given prior to commencement of work.
