Interactive Renovator

Interactive Renovator is a tool that provides buyers a real-time visualisation of a property’s renovation potential.  It allows clients to instantly visualise internal and external images using different textures, materials, and colours.

THE PROCESS

• Customer creates campaign

• Customer orders Interactive Renovator product

• Images selected from images available in campaign

• Images submitted

• Interactive Renovator enters production 

• Interactive Renovator created and viewable within Campaigntrack with link generated

• Interactive Renovator posted on relevant portals

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• All elements and textures are predetermined and can not be adjusted.

• Internal elements include,

  • Changing colours of walls

  • Changing textures and colours of floors

  • Changing textures and colours of kitchen cabinets

  • Changing textures and colours of kitchen benchtops

  • Changing textures and colours of kitchen splashbacks

• In the event the internal image does not feature any of these elements, it will not be included in the Interactive Renovator.

• In the event the external image does not feature any of these elements, it will not be included in the Interactive Renovator.

• External image featuring more than 1 property (e.g duplex, townhouse, etc.) will be treated as a joint ownership and will both be included in the renovator.

• External elements include

  • Adding render to brick facades 

  • Changing of roof colour

  • Changing of garage door colour

  • Changing of front door colour

  • Changing of fascia colour

  • Changing of gutter colour

  • Changing of driveway colour

  • Changing colour of rendered, weatherboard and fibro facades

• Dirt, pebble or gravel driveways will not be recoloured.

• In certain circumstance non fixed objects may be removed in order to ensure layering is possible.

• For occasions where an internal image contains multiple rooms, it may not be possible to create a Interactive Renovator. It is recommended that the image supplied has as few adjoining rooms as possible.

• If the original image for renovation is in need of further editing to declutter or tidy up, an image reconstruction fee may apply.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on submission of order, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.
