Interactive and three-dimensional, the Interactive Virtual Tour allows potential purchasers to immerse in an online tour featuring 360 degree views of key areas of the property.

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack as an add on to a floorplan

• Client selects number of panoramic shots to be included (1 -15)

• Product ordered 

• Floor plan is proofed

• Interactive Virtual Tour enters production

• Interactive Virtual Tour created and viewable within  Campaigntrack following C.O.B

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The house must be inspection ready.

• The client must ensure a clear brief is given on site  regarding the location of the panoramic shots.

• If the client is not present at the property, the Floorplanner will make all efforts to take the panoramic shots in line with the brief. However, if the client is not satisfied and wants the panoramic shots to be reshot, a reshoot fee may apply.

• The Interactive Virtual Tour will enter production upon proofing the floor plan.

• Panoramic shots will have basic retouching only. The panoramas will not look like retouched images. Change requests for editing or reconstruction are not applicable to this product. 

• The Interactive Virtual Tour will be sent following business day COB once the floor plan is proofed.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.

• Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
