Floor Plan

The floor plan is an essential selling tool that gives buyers the facts they need to determine if they will attend an open house or even buy site unseen. An accurate, professionally produced floor plan is expected, whether 2D or 3D, as a floor plan will represent you and your brand to the highest standard.

2D floor plans are simple representations, yet clear enough to show the house’s layout and room sizes. For clients who want to add a whole new light to their property listings, the 3D option is also available. They can choose to have their own templates depicting their brand’s unique style, or go custom for each plan by choosing material finishes and furniture sets from a selection gallery.

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client selects 2D or 3D floorplan

• Floorplanner arrives on site

• Floorplanner measures property and creates sketch

• Floorplanner shows client/vendor sketch prior to leaving

• Floorplanner uploads sketch

• Floorplan sent within 24 hours of appointment
  
  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Each floor plan  comes with one set of basic changes.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of floor plan submission, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content back within 60 minutes.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 fee applies.

• Priority processing is not offered for 3D Floor Plan.

• All information contained within the floorplan we believe to be accurate. We cannot guarantee its accuracy Interested persons should make and rely on their own enquiries.

• If it is your first time using Content House for floor plans please send an example floorplan to your Operations Specialist so we can ensure it is drafted to the correct style.

• Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100  cancellation fee will apply.
