INCLUSIONS

• 90-min. or 120-min appointment - minimum 20 images captured, 12 selected photos included

• Ability to book during  day or at dusk

• 5 mins time allocation per standard photo and additional 30 to 60 mins for creative shots  

• Onsite client and vendor proofing

• Proof link - Ability to select desired images

• Proof link - Ability to select additional creative shots 

• Proof link - Ability to submit in multiple batches

• Proof gallery  - Ability to request changes

THE PROCESS

• Job is booked through Campaigntrack

• Client has ability to order Day to Dusk image retouching

• Photographer arrives on site and gets brief from  the client

• Photographer shoots property

• Photographer shows client/vendor images prior to leaving

• Photographer uploads images

• Proofing link is supplied to the client for image selection within 4 hours of the appointment

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The house must be inspection ready.

• Each image comes with one set of basic changes.

• The client must ensure a clear brief is given for the 12 standard images while the remaining time allocation will be left to the photographer’s artistic expertise and interpretation to capture as many creative shots as possible.

• A proofing link is supplied to the client for image selection within 4 hours of the appointment. The selection gallery will display unretouched images. 

• Client can choose to select less than the 12 standard images. Remaining quantity will be stored as credit which the client can use for succeeding batches. Image credits do not expire.

• Client can choose to select more than 12 standard images. A top up fee of $30 applies per additional image.  Confirming will automatically adjust the campaign quote.

• Selected gallery images will be pushed to production. No further changes can be made on the selection once confirmed.

• Client can choose to return to the gallery and select more images in different instances. There is no limit to the number of selection batches as long as there are remaining images for confirmation.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of image selection, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• For images selected beyond business hours, content will be proofed by COB the following day. However, all efforts will be made to deliver the images the earliest time possible. 

• Turnaround time applies per batch of image selection. 

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content back within 60 minutes.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product. 

• Day to dusk retouching is available however not possible to convert every image. In the event a day to dusk image is requested and it is not possible to convert the image the Operations Specialist will contact the client.

• Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
