What are the terms and conditions of a Property Video Prestige product?

  • The client's piece to camera and recording of audio is always to be filmed first.

  • The videographer uses the voice-over as a guide for what to shoot. If the client wants certain elements of the property to feature in the video please make sure they are mentioned in the voice over.

  • If the client wants specific elements filmed they must let the videographer know at or before the shoot.

  • All efforts are made by the videographer to ensure the subject matter discussed by the client has relevant footage captured.

  • If the client does not write a script and ad libs the audio narration we can not guarantee everything mentioned by the client will be in the video. If the client requests for additional audio narration to be added, a re-edit fee will apply.

  • No other appointments (photography, floorplans, copywriting, potential buyers) are to be booked in within the first hour of the video shoot as this will drastically impact the final product.

  • The house must be inspection ready. When shooting a property video we often shoot up to 50 different shots of the property. The videographer does not have time allocated to clean up. This is very important.

  • Campaigntrack will allow a buffer of 15 seconds over the suggested video time length time (120 seconds). For every 30 seconds over 120 seconds a fee of $50 will be incurred.

  • When requesting changes please allow up to 6 business hours for the amended video to be returned.

  • When requesting changes be very specific. Please include timestamps. I.e - 0:25 seconds remove clip and replace with lounge room shot.

  • Each video comes with one (1) set of complementary changes. If the video has already been changed once and more changes are requested, a fee will apply.

  • Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 priority processing fee applies.

  • Campaign Track has a large library of location footage, which is constantly being updated, however we do not have every location. In the event that certain location footage is mentioned that we do not have on file, this will be replaced by either a generic location clip or footage of the property.

  • Campaigntrack does not supply professional presenters. Professional presenters will need to be organised directly by the customer.

  • Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
