Creating strategic and on-brand marketing material is an important way for agencies to engage vendors and buyers. Our Photographer will work with your team to create personal and agency marketing photos that reflect the integrity and professionalism of your business.

  • Dedicated portrait lighting

  • Onsite client proofing

  • Client specific retouching

  • Up to 6 people included in the photo

  • Proof link - Ability to select desired images

  • Proof gallery  - Ability to request changes


THE PROCESS

  • Job is booked through Campaigntrack

  • The day prior to appointment an Operations Specialist will confirm job

  • Photographer arrives on site 

  • Photographer photographs client

  • Photographer uploads images

  • A proofing link is supplied to the client for image selection within 24 hours of appointment

  • Retouched images sent within 24 hours of proofs being selected


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The client must ensure a clear brief is given.

  • Up to 6 people can  be included within 1 photo. If you require more than 6 people due to technical challenges this must be booked as a custom job.

  • Time allocation for the 1st photograph is 30 mins this includes set up time. Every photo after the first image there will be 10 mins allocated.

  • Once a established position is chosen and lighting equipment is set up, the Photographer may not be able to change positions again due to time constraints. If you would  like multiple locations please speak with your Operations Specialist before so you can liaise with the department manager.

  • Each image comes with one set of basic changes.

  • It is up to the client to select a suitable location and ensure they have been granted the correct access to the location. In the event the shoot does not go forward, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of image selection, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

  • Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content back within 60 minutes.

  • Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 fee applies. 

  • If you would like items removed/added to the image, image reconstruction may incur - price is $60 per hour and a quote will always be given prior to commencement of work.

  • Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
