If the client wants specific elements filmed they must let the Producer or Videographer know at or before the shoot.
If the job goes over the allotted time, due to the client being late or disorganised, additional charges will be incurred ($150 for every 30 mins over time).
Each video comes with one (1) set of changes. If the video has already been changed once and more changes are requested, a fee will apply. Be sure to share and show the video to all necessary people and parties before requesting any changes. Maximum time allocated for changes in 1 hour.
When requesting changes please allow up to 24 business hours for the amended video to be returned.
Priority processing is not offered for this product.
All video formats are predetermined and the videographers are instructed to follow this format. If the client wants a different format they are to contact the Producer prior to filming. If the client changes the format on site without approval from the Producer additional fees will apply.
Due to the Auction video being shot live not everything that is said during the Auction filming will make it to the final video. It is at the producer's discretion to decide on the final edit.
If the property does not sell, the video may not have enough adequate footage for editing. In this case, it is recommended the video editing be cancelled. A fee will still be liable for the cost of the shoot ($400). The producer will contact all relevant people to confirm this cancellation.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made after this a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
