What are the terms and conditions of a Floor Plan product?

• Each floor plan  comes with one set of basic changes.

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on completion of floor plan submission, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Change request time is 4 hours, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content back within 60 minutes.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $100 fee applies.

• Priority processing is not offered for 3D Floor Plan.

• All information contained within the floorplan we believe to be accurate. We cannot guarantee its accuracy Interested persons should make and rely on their own enquiries.

• If it is your first time using Campaigntrack for floorplans please send an example floorplan to your Content Specialist so we can ensure it is drafted to the correct style.

• Cancellations must be 2 hours prior to the appointment. If a cancellation is made within two hours of an appointment a $100  cancellation fee will apply.
