How do I add availabilities?

1. Click on the bar to add a slot. You should be able to see the time upon hover and it should generate a green slot upon selection. 

2. To adjust the length of the slot, place the pointer at the end of the slot and drag it to the right. Please make 1 large slot e.g. 4 hours long, rather than 4 x 1 hour slots. If a lot of small slots are created, the system would see each slot separately and will only allow bookings (including travel time) of less than 1 hour for each slot resulting to less time on site.

3. You may also reduce its length by dragging the slot to the left of the screen. Dragging it all the way back to its starting point will remove the slot all together. 

4. If you are required by the system to submit a specific minimum number of hours, the slots that you put in must be equal to or not less than the number of your Minimum Hour Requirement. 

5. Click Save.
