With the help of Content House’s Virtual Staging service, a real estate client can save thousands over traditional staging. A client can choose from a wide variety of readily-made design concepts and furniture galleries, then let Content House’s designers transform a blank room to an inviting space that will appeal to potential buyers.

• Ability to send through mock ups with furniture placement

THE PROCESS

• Virtual staging product is ordered through Campaigntrack

• Client specifies gallery code and instructions within the system

• Client submits mock-ups for reference (optional)

• Virtual Staging team verifies images and codes

• Virtual Staging team to stage vacant space  images as per client’s specifications

• Virtual Staging images sent within 24 hours following verification of images

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• The client must submit furniture codes and a clear brief. For specific instructions on furniture placement, client may submit a mock-up for reference. 

• One round of basic corrections from original furniture selection included.

• Changes to furniture selection will incur additional charges -  a quote will always be given prior to commencement of work.

• Virtual Staging images sent within 24 hours following verification.

• Virtual Staging changes sent within 4 hours following submission.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.
