THE PROCESS

• Customer creates campaign 

• Customer orders Room Planner

• Customer submits 2D Floor Plan either through approval of CT plan or manual submission

• Room Planner enters production  

• Room Planner created and viewable within Campaigntrack with link generated

• Room Planner posted on relevant portals

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• All furniture items in the library are fixed and can not be adjusted.

• Library includes furniture items for the following rooms:

  • Bedroom

  • Living Areas

  • Dining Areas

  • Kitchen

  • Bathroom

  • Office

  • Outdoor

  • Others

• Room Planner is mobile friendly. 

• Room Planner is a software application using complex coding algorithms. Like any software, it may encounter issues. In the event of system issues, it is recommended to reload the page. If the problem persists, please contact your Operations Specialist.

• Client changes are not available for this product. However, if there is an error caused by Content House this will be fixed free of charge.

• Room planner can be ordered in conjunction with a floor plan on-site appointment or as a stand-alone product.

• For stand-alone or manual submission,  plans supplied will be uploaded as is and will not undergo further editing. Client must ensure all plans submitted are complete and conforming to below requirements:

  • A4 size

  • File must be high resolution, either in  PDF or JPEG format

  • Must be presentation quality, suitable for marketing plans. Professional building plans, council and architectural 

drawings are not accepted.  

• Turnaround time is 24 hours on submission of order, however all efforts will be made to deliver the content by 10am the following day.

• Priority processing is not offered for this product.
