• Product is ordered via shopping cart

• Order form is completed

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This product does not require an onsite appointment.

• Social Videos do not include any changes after submission. In the event that a change is to be made this will incur a $50 re-edit fee. If there is an error caused by Content House this will be fixed free of charge.

• If you want to change the song after the video has been created, a re-edit fee will apply.

• Caption boxes 1 - 6 have a character count of 30 characters. The purpose of this is to ensure they fit within the caption box and are readable for the time on screen.

• Caption box 7 has a character count of 75. We recommend Caption 7 should always be Agent/Agents contact details.

• The information you enter into the caption boxes will be copied into the video exactly as you supply it. Before proceeding, please double-check that all the text and information you have typed is correct. In the event a mistake has been made, a re-edit fee will apply.

• We require a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 images.

• The Producer will position your selected images into the video to their best judgement.

• If you would like your Agent profile picture to be included please ensure it is selected.

• Turnaround time for this product is 24 hours. However, in the event this is the first order of this product please allow 48 hours turnaround time.

• All change requests require 24 hours to complete.

• Priority processing is offered but subject to availability and a $50 fee applies.
